The service

SubCancel is an independent service and is not affiliated with any brand listed on this site. You choose a brand and provide your name, mailing address, and email. We print a formal legal letter in your name and mail it to the address we hold for that brand. We also include a request that the brand delete your personal data and confirm the cancellation in writing.

You authorize us to mail the letter on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Sending a legal letter does not by itself guarantee that a brand will cancel a subscription, stop billing, or issue a refund.

Availability

The service is offered only in the United States, in English, and charged in US dollars (USD). You must be able to receive mail at the mailing address you give us.

Pricing and payment

Each legal letter costs a one-time fee, shown before you pay. Certified Mail is an optional add-on charged per letter. You pay once for each letter you send. There is no automatic charge after your purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.

Refunds

Refunds are available only before your letter is sent to print. Once it is sent to print, the service is complete and non-refundable.
