Refund policy

Refunds are available only before your letter is sent to print. Once it is sent to print, the service is complete and non-refundable.

What this means

You pay once for each legal letter. If you change your mind, or if we have not yet sent your letter to print, contact us and we will cancel the letter and refund the amount you paid for it.

Once a letter has been sent to print, it cannot be recalled and the service is complete. At that point the letter is non-refundable.

Requests

To request a refund, reply to your receipt email with your order reference. We respond to refund requests in the order we receive them.
