Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

Your name and mailing address, so the letter can be mailed in your name.
Your email address, so we can send you a receipt and reach you about your order.
The brand you chose and the options you selected.
Payment details, which are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
Basic technical information such as the referring page and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click identifier.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and mail your letter, to send your receipt, to keep records of your order, and to respond to you if you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.

Data deletion

Every letter includes a request that the brand delete the personal data it holds about you. You can also ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time by replying to your receipt email with your order reference. We keep order records where the law requires it.

Service providers

We share the minimum information necessary with the providers that run the service: Stripe for payment processing, Lob for printing and mailing letters, and Cloudflare for email delivery.
